Not everyone is destined to survive. An ancient alien race, known as the
Reapers, began a global invasion, leaving behind the ruins of
civilizations. The Earth is captured, the galaxy is on the verge of
total annihilation, and only you can correct the situation. The price of
a mistake is nonexistence. Your role is Captain Shepard, the character
you create yourself. Only you decide how events will unfold, which
planets will be explored, and who will become a member of the alliance
that you will collect in order to eliminate the threat from the Reapers
once and for all. You will lead this war in your own discretion: you can
attack on the forehead, watering the enemy with fire or making a
cunning plan for a sudden attack. Collect a versatile team of
professionals or choose the path of a lone wolf. Attack the enemy from a
distance or come down with him in brutal melee.
